After the shoulder injury I had last year, I learn After the shoulder injury I had last year, I learned to enjoy the so called “simple shoulder stretches” in very complex way.
Before my injury this stretch was something I could hardly even feel and this year after the injury it has been the yummiest stretch for my shoulders and heart.

Being upsidedown is scary at first but then become Being upsidedown is scary at first but then becomes fun as nothing else. Is scary because it let us look at life and situations from a different perspective then we are used to, but also those new perspectives can be revealing and very clarifying.
