Ashtanga (in small groups due to Covid-19)

When joining any of my Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga classes in Valencia expect to have lots of fun. Energetic movement, lots of laugh, falling and always trying something new. Practice with joy while keeping the smile until the next class is my goal for every class.
The Ashtanga classes are based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga. During the class the students learn how to connect the breath, gaze (Drishti) and properly activate the internal energy locks (Bandhas). The alignment focus in the classes expends your knowledge and your awareness about your body and the energy we move while practicing on the mat. Expect improved circulation, light and strong body and calm mind.
The Vinyasa classes are based on different flowing sequences covering wide variety of themes. The energetic Vinyasa practice is an opportunity for the students to challenge themselves through a variety of postures including inversions, arm balances, back bends and hip openers. The Yoga postures are linked in an uplifting sequence of fluid movement with controlled breath. Within the class expect a few longer holds, improved strength, flexibility and stamina.
