Yoga classes in Valencia, Spain (English & Spanish).

Hi, I am Temy! After traveling the world for a couple of years I decided to settle in Valencia, Spain. Except being dedicated Ashtanga student and teacher, I am big foodie using my free time to explore tastes and different cuisines.

Beside sharing my Yoga practice I love to cook, develop budget friendly plant based and healthy recipes, meditate on the beach, hang out with friends, have an occasional glass of red wine and dream about life and beyond.

My journey into Yoga and discovering Ashtanga

When I started my Yoga practice I had no idea that one day it will become my job and will fill my heart with unconditional joy.

My mom took me for my first Hatha Yoga class when I was 14 years old. She decided to take me try Yoga as an alternative way to treat my recently discovered Scoliosis.

Few months before my very first Yoga class my teen life changed. I got diagnosed with double curved fast progressing Scoliosis. Meanwhile my country at that time didn’t have many resources and medical professionals. The whole situation became very traumatic experience for me therefore made huge impact on my self esteem.

The healing powers of Yoga, meditation and above all Pranyama (breath work) are my inspiration to get on the mat every day. With this inspiration I constantly try to share the holistic Yoga approach to everyone who is seeking to attain deeper physical, mental and spiritual mindfulness.

In 2014 I moved to Dubai where I firstly got introduced to Ashtanga. So, after that first class Ashtanga became my personal practice. The Ashtanga method for me is the perfect union as the pure meaning of the word “YOGA”. Firstly the connection between the breath and the movement, secondly the commitment to a daily practice and the most importantly the unique progress into the asanas at the students own pace. In short these few things always motivate me find and dedicate time to myself and dive deeper into self exploration.

I hold 500hr certification for teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow yoga from Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India.

50hr certification of Ashtanga Yoga Therapy with Manju Patthabhi Jois.

So, after leaving my full time job in 2017 I decided to take the path of a full time Yoga teacher. In conclusion, sharing all the benefits of asana, smiles and connecting with people are just few of the inspirations to start this journey and my lifetime goal to make yoga accessible to everyone.
